Terms and conditions

Return Policy:

• All Sales Final: No returns unless authorized.
• Conditions: Unused, in original packaging, with receipt.
• Refund: Store credit for purchase price plus tax (excluding delivery charge).
• Fees: Restocking fee of 25%, and $90 additional delivery fee for return assistance if needed.
• Responsibility: You must return merchandise in original condition.
• Timeframe: Exchanges or returns within 24 hours; original receipt required.
• Exemptions: Mattresses cannot be returned.
•  Martinez Furniture reserves the right to determine if merchandise is eligible for return. 

Store Credit (if applicable):

• Upon receipt and inspection, store credit will be applied and notification provided.

Lay-Away Policy:

• Agreements span three-to-six months with required payments.
• No refunds after time limit expiration; delivery or pick-up upon full payment.

Delivery:

• Recipient must be 18 or older; area must be clear.
• Martinez Furniture contacts recipients prior to delivery.
• 24-hour cancellation notice required to avoid fees.
• Delivery personnel do not handle furniture, doors, or windows.

Pick-Ups:

• Customers notified when items are ready for pick-up.
• Do not arrive before notification to prevent delays.
• Assembly available at standard rate; customer responsible for transport-related damages.

This clause serves to establish that these Terms and Conditions comprehensively govern the agreement between the individual and the Company, supplanting any previous or simultaneous communications and proposals on the same subject matter between the parties.
