Terms and conditions

• All Sales Are Final – Returns are only accepted if authorized by Martinez Furniture.
• Conditions for Return:
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
• Refund Method:
  • Authorized returns will receive store credit for the purchase price plus tax.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Fees:
  • A 25% restocking fee applies.
  • A $90 delivery fee applies if return pickup assistance is required.
• Responsibility:
  • Merchandise must be returned in original condition.
• Timeframe:
  • Exchanges or returns must be requested within 24 hours of purchase with the original receipt.
• Exemptions:
  • Mattresses are non-returnable.
• Company Discretion:
  • Martinez Furniture reserves the right to determine if an item qualifies for return.
   

• Once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected, store credit will be issued, and the customer will be notified.
   

• Layaway agreements are valid for three to six months with required payments throughout the period.
• No refunds will be issued if the layaway period expires without full payment.
• Items will be available for delivery or pick-up only after full payment has been received.
   

• The recipient must be 18 years or older, and the delivery area must be clear and accessible.
• Martinez Furniture will contact the recipient in advance to confirm delivery.
• Cancellations require a 24-hour notice to avoid additional fees.
• Delivery personnel do not move existing furniture or handle doors/windows.
   

• Customers will be notified when items are ready for pick-up.
• Please do not arrive before receiving notification to avoid delays.
• Assembly is available at a standard rate.
• Customers are responsible for any damages incurred during transport.
